Job Overview:

We are seeking a Construction Estimator to manage end-to-end material and labor take-offs across siding projects for residential, townhome, and commercial multifamily projects. Schedule: Remote, Full Time | Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm NC time (EST), includes 1 hr unpaid break

Responsibilities:

• Perform complete estimation work using the Planswift software
• Calculate material quantities and labor requirements for siding projects
• Review and analyze construction plans for residential and commercial projects
• Create detailed estimation documentation
• Follow company-specific estimation processes and methodologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience is required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an estimator doing commercial and multifamily take-offs 
  
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel. Applicants must have the desktop version of Microsoft Excel installed
• Strong attention to detail and precision in creating technical drawings. (Applicants must submit a Portfolio.)
• Diploma or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Quick learner capable of mastering Planswift software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent English communication skills.
