Our client is looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Designer to craft stunning social media content that captures the essence of luxury hospitality brands. Working with premium hotels and resorts across Europe and Asia, you will transform raw footage and photos into engaging reels, carousels, and visual stories. This role offers creative freedom, flexible remote work, and the opportunity to elevate your portfolio alongside prestigious international brands.

Schedule: Flexible - minimum 38 hours per week, approximately 40-50 hours during peak months (Autumn to Spring)

Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram reels using provided hotel footage, room tours, restaurant scenes, and destination clips that convey luxury and sophistication
• Design social media carousels using brand templates and high-quality photography provided by the client
• Edit video content in CapCut to produce story-driven reels that showcase hotels in relation to local attractions and experiences
• Retouch and enhance images in Lightroom to maintain premium brand standards
• Design graphics and layouts in Canva following established brand guidelines for luxury hospitality clients
• Create illustrated maps of hotel locations showing nearby restaurants and local attractions on a quarterly basis
• Collaborate with the team during peak seasons with increased workload during the last two weeks of each month
• Adapt quickly to client feedback and refine content based on brand-specific requirements
• Maintain consistent output quality across multiple luxury hotel clients with varying visual identities
• Participate in training workshops and team touchpoints during lighter work periods

Requirements

• Proficiency in CapCut for video editing and reel creation
• Strong working knowledge of Canva for graphic design and carousel creation
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom for photo editing and enhancement
• Portfolio demonstrating luxury, elevated content style rather than talking-head or subtitle-heavy reels
• Ability to create story-driven video content that combines multiple clips into cohesive narratives
• Natural creative inclination with an eye for premium aesthetic and composition
• Strong ability to work independently with provided assets and templates
• Flexible availability to accommodate varying workload throughout the month and seasonal peaks
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate hardware for design and video editing work
• Experience creating content specifically for hotels, resorts, or luxury travel brands
• Will need to sign an NDA agreement

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• It helps if you have illustration skills for creating custom maps and location graphics
• Bonus if you are familiar with DaVinci Resolve for advanced video editing projects
• It helps if you have worked with European luxury brands or understand elevated hospitality marketing
• Bonus if you are located in Asia or a timezone that allows asynchronous collaboration with European teams
