Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a proactive AI-Powered Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to lead their end-to-end digital marketing initiatives by leveraging AI tools, SEO strategies, content creation, and website optimization to drive business growth. In this role, you will manage WordPress websites, develop high-converting landing pages and marketing automations, oversee multi-platform social media, and create AI-assisted content and videos that enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer with hands-on experience implementing AI in marketing workflows, strong technical SEO expertise, and the ability to independently optimize campaigns based on performance analytics.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Philadelphia, PA Time, with a 30-minute unpaid break; Full-time, 40 work hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage AI-powered marketing tools and automation (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms).
• Execute technical SEO, local SEO, keyword research, schema markup, and AI search optimization.
• Produce content at scale, including blog writing, website content, and AI-assisted content workflows.
• Handle WordPress website management, updates, plugin management, and performance optimization.
• Drive website development and enhancement with a focus on user experience, lead generation, and conversions.
• Build landing pages, marketing funnels, and interactive client experiences.
• Integrate online appointment scheduling, intake forms, and client self-service tools.
• Manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Lead AI-assisted video creation, short-form video production, and content repurposing.
• Develop marketing automation and workflow optimizations.
• Track performance analytics focusing on leads, calls, rankings, conversions, and ROI.
• Utilize modern web technologies and AI-driven marketing platforms.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms).
• Strong experience in technical SEO, local SEO, keyword research, schema markup, and AI search optimization.
• Proven track record in content creation at scale, including blog writing, website content, and AI-assisted content workflows.
• Proficiency in WordPress website management, updates, plugin management, and website optimization.
• Experience in website development and enhancement with a focus on user experience, lead generation, and conversions.
• Expertise building landing pages, marketing funnels, and interactive client experiences.
• Experience integrating online appointment scheduling, intake forms, and client self-service tools.
• Proficiency in social media management across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Experience in AI-assisted video creation, short-form video production, and content repurposing.
• Demonstrated capability in marketing automation and workflow development.
• Skilled in performance tracking and analytics, focusing on leads, calls, rankings, conversions, and ROI rather than vanity metrics.
• Experience using modern web technologies and AI-driven marketing platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be highly responsive and able to work during or overlap with U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing Google Business Profiles and local search visibility.
• Experience with legal, medical, or other service-based businesses.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating SEO, website, content, automation, and digital marketing results.
• Ability to work independently, proactively identify opportunities, and stay current with AI and digital marketing trends.
