Job Description

You will lead the digital marketing execution for a premium textile brand entering its next growth phase. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage Google and Facebook ad campaigns, create engaging social media content, and craft email marketing that converts. You'll work directly with leadership in London and the US to implement a clear brand vision, optimize conversion rates, and drive measurable results during the busiest quarter of the year. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM London Time (flexible within these hours)

Client Timezone: Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) / British Summer Time (BST)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions

  • Monitor campaign analytics and performance metrics, conducting A/B tests to improve ROI

  • Create and schedule social media content across Instagram and Facebook using Metricool

  • Write and design email marketing campaigns in MailChimp that reflect the brand tone and drive engagement

  • Manage product reviews and customer feedback using JudgeMe to increase social proof

  • Update website content on Shopify to improve conversion rates and user experience

  • Track performance using Google Analytics and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness

  • Collaborate with the London-based team to maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads with measurable results

  • Strong proficiency in Shopify for e-commerce management Hands-on experience with MailChimp for email marketing campaigns

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting

  • Experience with JudgeMe or similar review management platforms

  • Copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to brand guidelines

  • Ability to work independently and execute campaigns with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Bonus if you have experience with Metricool or similar social media scheduling tools

  • It helps if you've worked with premium or luxury e-commerce brands

  • Bonus if you have a portfolio showcasing previous ad campaigns or social media content
