Our client is looking for a Construction Sales Support to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for warm inbound leads, managing the pipeline from initial inquiry to scheduled site visit. 

Client Overview

Our client is a growing outdoor construction company specializing in premium aluminum patio covers, pergolas, and ADU systems serving the San Francisco Bay Area. Established in 2025, they've built strong market presence through strategic social media advertising and quality installation services.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Call warm inbound leads from social media campaigns to schedule on-site project manager visits
• Send templated and custom follow-up emails to prospects who don't answer calls
• Manage 244+ active leads in ClickUp CRM, updating statuses and tracking all client interactions
• Follow up with prospects who received estimates to move them toward conversion or pipeline closure
• Move leads through pipeline stages triggering automated email sequences
• Document all call outcomes, texts, and touchpoints directly in the CRM for full visibility
• Maintain persistence with multiple contact attempts over several days for non-responsive leads
• Schedule appointments using Google Calendar integration and confirm availability with prospects
• May assist with preparing and sending pricing estimates to qualified clients as trained

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound calling and appointment setting or sales support roles
• Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-up over time
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and persuade prospects

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience with ClickUp or similar CRM platforms
• Background in construction, home improvement, or service-based industries
• Familiarity with Google Calendar scheduling and automation tools
