Job Overview:

Are you an experienced Medical Billing Specialist with a proven track record in eClinicalWorks (eCW) payment posting?

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join their revenue cycle team. In this key role, you will manually post payments in eCW and generate critical month-end reports to keep financial operations running seamlessly. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of payment posting experience in a healthcare or medical billing setting, along with direct, hands-on eCW expertise. Additionally, 2+ years of experience working with US-based clients is required. 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Manually post patient and insurance payments into eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Run and review month‑end financial reports for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all payment entries are reconciled and properly documented
• Collaborate with billing and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
• Support overall revenue cycle efficiency through accurate posting and reporting

Requirements:

• Fast, stable internet connection
• Noise‑cancelling headset for clear communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payment posting within a healthcare or medical billing environment
• Hands‑on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• At least 2 years of experience working with US clients
• Strong understanding of insurance remittances, patient payments, and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in running and interpreting financial/payment reports
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
