Job Overview:

Are you an experienced phone communicator who excels at building rapport, handling objections, and turning warm leads into booked appointments?

As an Appointment Setter, you will make high-volume outbound calls (30+ per hour) to union members who have requested information, aiming to secure 20–30 Zoom meetings per field agent per cycle. Success requires a confident, conversational tone while adhering to scripts, using local lines to maximize pick-up rates, and maintaining accurate logging in Impact CRM. Top performers who maintain high show rates across 200–300 warm leads will unlock clear advancement opportunities into Confirmer or Virtual Assistant roles. 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST (30 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per hour to warm union member leads who have mailed in benefit response cards
• Schedule qualified Zoom appointments for field agents, targeting a minimum of 20 appointments per agent (averaging one every 30 minutes)
• Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone to build rapport with prospects
• Log all set appointments accurately in the Impact CRM system
• Handle objections and reschedule prospects who are initially unavailable to maximize show rates
• Use burner phone lines with local area codes to increase answer rates in skeptical markets
• Maintain high appointment show rates across 200–300 warm leads per campaign cycle by properly qualifying and confirming prospects
• Contribute to the agency's growth across multiple union partnerships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing
• Clear English communication skills with a neutral and professional accent
• Ability to follow scripts closely while adapting tone and energy to each prospect
• High level of self-motivation and results-driven mindset
• Strong attention to detail when recording appointment information
• Comfortable working evening hours in a fast-paced calling environment
