Sales Development Representative (UK Market)

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative to serve as the primary voice UK businesses hear—working through high-volume outbound calls to introduce a compelling website design service, qualify genuine interest, and own the relationship from cold contact through to a near-closed handoff. In this high-autonomy, results-driven role, you will manage your own pipeline, execute timely follow-ups after demo websites are shared, and work closely with the client to continuously sharpen messaging and lift conversion rates.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM GMT, with a 1-hour unpaid break; Full-time, 40 work hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to UK-based businesses from provided contact lists.
  • Pitch website design services and identify interested prospects during initial conversations.
  • Schedule and execute follow-up calls with interested leads to move them toward a purchasing decision.
  • Track and report on call outcomes, lead status, and pipeline progress.
  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle from initial contact through to pre-payment handoff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling and selling to UK businesses.
  • Professional phone manner with a clear accent suitable for the UK market.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain high energy across large call volumes.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage follow-ups and lead tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience selling digital services (websites, SEO, or online marketing) to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems used to manage outbound pipelines.
  • Experience collaborating with a client or team to refine sales scripts and improve messaging based on real call data.

Independent Contractor Perks:

  • Permanent work from home
  • Immediate hiring
  • Health Insurance Coverage for eligible locations
