YouTube Video Editor (True Crime & Documentary Content)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced YouTube Video Editor to take raw body camera footage and supporting materials to craft engaging true crime narratives for a growing YouTube channel. Working with footage obtained through Freedom of Information Act requests, you will edit 3-4 videos per week, each requiring 6-8 hours of production time depending on your efficiency and skill level. This role offers creative ownership over storytelling through editing, with the opportunity to refine your craft in the true crime genre while working with exclusive source material. You will collaborate with a small in-house team and have autonomy over your editing workflow to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
