Job Overview:

Our client is looking for an SEO Specialist proficient in using SEMrush to execute cutting-edge SEO strategies for a variety of clients. Utilizing industry-leading tools like SEMrush, you will dive deep into on-site and off-site optimization, implement effective backlinking strategies, and continuously refine your approach based on the latest algorithm updates. This position offers a blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving, allowing you to make a direct impact on client outcomes while honing your skills in a fast-paced, ever-evolving field.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM CST, with a 1-hour unpaid break; Full-time, 40 work hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for diverse clients.
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and keyword research using SEMrush.
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content, and site structure.
• Execute off-page SEO tactics, with a focus on high-quality backlinking.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Stay current with SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate SEO with broader digital marketing efforts.
• Manage multiple client projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO, demonstrating expertise in both on-site and off-site techniques.
• Proficiency in using SEMrush and other SEO tools for analysis and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Adaptability to work in the Central Time Zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• SEO certifications.
