Our client is seeking a relationship-driven Appointment Setter to serve as the primary voice connecting prospective and existing clients to the clinic's premium treatment offerings. Working in close daily collaboration with the clinic owner, you will manage inbound inquiries, execute structured follow-up sequences, and conduct outbound campaigns across a 2,000+ past client database. 

Client Overview

Our client is an established boutique body sculpting and skin aesthetics clinic located in Perth, Western Australia. Specializing in advanced, non-invasive aesthetic treatments—including medical-grade ultrasound, laser therapies, and vacuum-assisted contouring technologies—the clinic delivers tailored wellness and skin rejuvenation solutions within a premium environment. 

Schedule

Monday - Friday, flexible during Perth WA business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone campaigns across an established database of 2,000+ past clients to introduce seasonal treatment packages, follow up on previous visits, and secure re-bookings.
• Execute multi-touch follow-up calls with prospective leads who previously submitted inquiries via social media, website forms, or promotional campaigns.
• Share daily calling volumes and pipeline management collaboratively alongside the clinic owner.
• Answer inbound client inquiries promptly, providing clear and knowledgeable overviews of body contouring, skin tightening, and non-invasive aesthetic options.
• Convert warm inquiries and re-engagement calls into scheduled, qualified clinic consultations and treatment sessions.
• Address client questions and concerns with empathy, product knowledge, and a warm, consultative approach that reflects a high-end luxury clinic experience.
• Manage end-to-end communication pipelines and contact stages within GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Maintain accurate call dispositions, appointment notes, treatment interests, and follow-up schedules in client records.
• Ensure data hygiene across lead lists, tagging structures, and booking statuses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of outbound calling, lead follow-up, or appointment setting experience with a track record of meeting conversion and booking targets.
• Fluent verbal English skills with an engaging, empathetic phone demeanor capable of establishing trust quickly with clients discussing personal aesthetic and body goals.
• Hands-on experience navigating CRM pipelines, task queues, and customer activity logs (direct experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred).

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or telephone sales experience within medical aesthetics, beauty therapy, plastic surgery, dermatology, or high-end spa/wellness clinics.
• Working knowledge of non-invasive aesthetic modalities such as ultrasound cavitation, RF skin tightening, or laser treatments.
