Job Description:

You will be a core member of a dedicated team of about five editors. Your precise, consistent work will directly shape the quality of AI training data.

You will carry out clearly defined edits across thousands of images and follow exact instructions - only making the instructed changes to the image while leaving everything unchanged.

You will help keep output quality high as product features evolve. Your reliability and attention to detail will matter every day, and you will be part of a long-term team that the client can count on.

Client Overview:

Our client is an innovative technology company working in AI-powered photo editing. Their product depends on large volumes of precisely edited images, including real estate photography, to train and improve their AI. They are building a dedicated, permanent editing team to replace project-based vendors and give their product a consistent foundation.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (Central European Time, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out precise, clearly defined edits repeated across thousands of images, such as adding natural ceiling-to-wall lines with a gradient
• Follow exact editing instructions for each task without adding personal creative changes, to protect the quality of AI training data
• Maintain consistent output quality across large volumes of images
• Meet daily output targets and KPIs set by the client
• Adapt quickly to new editing requirements as product features change

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom (both preferred) and ideally a personal license holder of at least one of these platforms
• Data-annotator mindset: process-driven, consistent, and strictly instruction-following
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience editing real estate photography preferred, with flexibility across other kinds of editing
• Experience with high-volume, instruction-based tasks or data annotation is a plus.
• Comfortable using shared Google Drive folders to send and receive files.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding daily output targets and KPIs.
