Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter (Indeed, ZipRecruiter) to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a nationwide delivery and installation workforce. In this role, you will create and publish job postings on major job boards, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to ensure top-quality hiring. As recruiting volume fluctuates, you will also support broader administrative tasks and help refine hiring processes. This remote position operates on a full-time schedule during US Eastern Time business hours.

Schedule

• Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM EST with 1 hr unpaid break (35 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for company-wide delivery and installation staff without HR support
• Write and publish job postings on platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn to attract qualified candidates
• Screen and interview candidates to make sure only the right fits move forward for internal employee roles
• Represent the company professionally in all candidate communications and interviews
• Follow the company's systems and SOPs, using existing job posting templates and suggesting ways to improve results
• Support ongoing hiring needs and take on admin tasks as recruiting volume slows down

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting and hiring, including running full recruitment cycles
• Familiarity with Indeed, ZipRecruiter or LinkedIn
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to ask the right screening questions to identify strong candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail

Nice-to-Have requirements

• Bonus if you have experience recruiting for delivery, installation or other hands-on operational roles
• It helps if you are comfortable working without a dedicated HR team and following established SOPs
• Bonus if you have experience handling admin tasks alongside recruiting
