Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Bilingual Patient Reactivation Specialist (Dentrix) to conduct outbound calls for a dental practice. In this role, you will reach out to overdue patients using provided scripts to schedule appointments and update patient records in Dentrix. You will manage targeted calling lists across two-week project cycles to increase patient engagement and appointment volume. This remote, part-time position requires 20 hours per week during US Eastern Time afternoon and evening hours.

Schedule

• Mon - Thu, 2 PM - 7 PM EST (20 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

• Contact overdue dental patients for appointment reactivation.
• Conduct outbound calls during afternoon and evening hours (2 PM to 7 PM).
• Follow provided scripts and flowcharts for patient communication.
• Handle patient information and update records accurately in Dentrix.
• Engage in role-playing sessions to refine conversation flow.
• Manage designated calling lists effectively over a two-week project cycle.

Must-Have Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with clear communication skills.
• Prior experience in the dental field strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Dentrix dental software is a plus.
• Bubbly, engaging, and conversational personality.
• Ability to work independently on assigned project lists.
