Job Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer / CAD Drafter to produce custom kitchen layouts and structural drawings for customers. In this remote role, you will interpret project specifications, translate client requirements into accurate designs, and process revision requests promptly. You will utilize specialized design software to deliver professional plans that help clients finalize purchasing decisions. Operating during Eastern Time business hours, this position requires strong CAD drafting skills and disciplined time management. 

Schedule

Monday - Friday,  Flexible 4-hour daily block during client business hours, EST 

Responsibilities

• Create kitchen layouts, designs, and structural drawings for customers to review before making purchasing decisions.
• Prepare accurate and detailed kitchen designs based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Process incoming design requests promptly during the client's business hours.
• Use specialized kitchen design or CAD software to develop and revise layouts as needed.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, well organized, and presented professionally.
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen design, CAD drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ProKitchen, Chief Architect, or comparable CAD software used for kitchen design and layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing designs and drawings.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet turnaround expectations.
• Reliable, committed, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to work during the client's Eastern Time business hours.
