Job Overview

We are seeking a creative Senior AI Video Producer & Editor with strong professional video production experience and advanced AI video creation skills.

You will produce engaging real estate, marketing, and social media content by combining professional video editing techniques with AI-powered tools. From developing concepts and storyboards to creating cinematic property videos and short-form content, you will deliver high-quality videos designed to strengthen brand presence and drive organic engagement.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST with 1-hour unpaid break; 40 hrs per week

Responsibilities

• Video Production & Editing: Produce professional real estate, marketing, and social media videos. Edit footage using colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, captions, and visual effects.
• AI Video Creation: Use AI tools to generate videos, visuals, animations, and effects. Combine AI-generated assets with filmed footage and explore new creative workflows.
• Content Strategy: Develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and engaging hooks that capture attention and support marketing objectives.
• Social Media Content: Create short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Adapt content to platform requirements and maximize organic engagement.
• Real Estate Marketing: Produce property walkthroughs, cinematic showcases, agent videos, and promotional content using property footage, photography, and AI-generated visuals.
• Performance & Trends: Monitor content performance, identify emerging trends, and improve storytelling, audience retention, and engagement.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional video production experience.
• Recent hands-on AI video creation experience within the last 6 months.
• Strong experience with AI video generation and creative tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Experience in professional video editing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Ability to independently develop concepts, storyboard, edit, and deliver videos.
• Proven experience creating short-form and engaging organic social media content.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience retention.
• Excellent creative, communication, and organizational skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating professional video production, social media content, and AI-generated or AI-assisted videos.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property marketing, or architectural video production.
• Familiarity with Higgsfield, Google Veo 3, Nano Banana Pro, SeeDance 2.5, Runway Gen-4.5, Blender, and Claude.
• Experience creating high-performing or viral organic content.
• Knowledge of AI-generated animations, 3D visuals, and advanced creative workflows.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating:

• Professional video production and editing, social media content and short-form video content
• Storytelling and/or storyboard examples
• Real estate/property videos, where available
• Organic high-performing or viral content, where available
• Examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted video content
• Examples demonstrating the use of AI tools such as Higgsfield, Veo 3, Nano Banana Pro, SeeDance 2.5, Runway Gen-4.5, Blender, or Claude
