We're a Sydney-based short-term rental management company operating since 2015, specializing in managing Airbnb and holiday rental properties across Sydney to provide a complete management solution for property owners. As the portfolio continues to grow, our client is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual to join their team.

Job Overview

Our client is looking for someone who understands the short-term rental industry and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. This is a varied role combining listing optimisation, operational support, systems management, and general administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing team to help streamline operations, improve listing performance, and ensure the business gets the most out of the technology used.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm AEST (40hrs per week)

Responsibilities

• Listing Optimisation: Create, manage, and continuously improve property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and other distribution channels.
• Revenue & Pricing Support: Assist with dynamic pricing strategies, using PriceLabs and market insights to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Property Management Systems: Work with Guesty to maintain accurate property information, booking settings, availability, and channel integrations.
• Operational Coordination: Use Breezeway to support housekeeping, maintenance, property readiness, and task management.
• Quality Control: Regularly review listings for accuracy, content quality, photography, amenities, descriptions, and overall presentation.
• Administrative Support: Assist the wider team with onboarding new properties, updating systems, managing information, and completing general administrative tasks.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and make the business more efficient.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with reservations, guest services, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for owners and guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in short-term rental management, holiday accommodation, or hospitality operations.
• Familiarity with Guesty, Breezeway, and PriceLabs, or similar property management software.
• Experience managing listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo
• A genuine interest in technology, automation, and improving business performance.
• Switched on, resourceful, takes initiative, and learns quickly.
• Embraces change in the evolving short-term rental industry, enjoys finding better ways of doing things, and takes ownership of work.
