Job Description

You will be the front line of this agency's growth, turning a ready-made list of around 50,000 leads into booked appointments for the closers. The systems, dialers and lead lists are already built, so your time goes to what matters most: talking to business owners and setting meetings. You will take over cold calling from the founder, who wants to focus on building and fulfilment. Your results will directly drive new client acquisition, and strong performers have a clear path to move up into a closer role with commission.

• Flexible during client business hours; West Palm Beach FL. (Eastern Time)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a list of roughly 50,000 business and personal business phone numbers
• Use GoHighLevel and the provided dialers, organized by state and area code, to work through the lead lists
• Set qualified appointments for the closers on the team
• Call opt-in leads and business owners across the United States during US business hours
• Keep a consistent daily call volume so the appointment pipeline stays predictable
• Follow the existing sales systems and call process
• Keep appointment details accurate and organized so closers are prepared for every meeting

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
• Excellent communication skills on the phone
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week
• Ability to work during US business hours aligned to Eastern Time
• Ability to work independently and stay consistent without close supervision

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Bonus if you have sales or closing experience
• It helps if you have used GoHighLevel or similar CRM and dialer tools
• Bonus if you have worked with home service businesses or marketing agencies
