Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and collecting payments from customers while maintaining a professional and respectful approach. This role requires strong English communication skills, experience in receivables or collections, and confidence speaking with customers about outstanding balances. Experience with Pinnacle systems is highly preferred, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable and monitor outstanding customer balances

Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue payments

Communicate clearly and professionally to secure timely payment

Update payment records and notes accurately in the system

Allocate receipts and reconcile customer accounts

Escalate complex or disputed accounts to management with clear documentation

Maintain accurate financial records and collection logs

Support general finance and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:

Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or collections

Pinnacle system experience strongly preferred

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Confidence speaking with customers about outstanding payments

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work 30–40 hours per week
