Overview
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Shopify Growth & Google Ads Specialist to help scale a sustainable consumer goods brand. The primary goal of this role is to drive profitable website sales through targeted Google Ads campaigns while continually optimizing the Shopify store experience to maximize conversion rates.

Schedule

• Flexible working hours with communication aligned to Central European Time (CET / Client Timezone).

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Acquisition (Primary Focus): Setup, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns , google merchant center and check/setup the google tags. (Search, Shopping/Performance Max) to drive targeted traffic and direct website sales within budget.
• Shopify Audit & CRO: Audit the existing Shopify store, user journey, and conversion funnel to identify high-impact sales opportunities. Currently the pages are in Dutch, English and German. There is NO expectation that the candidate speak all languages but they should be able to improve the pages in those languages using smart questions in AI. 
• Store Optimization: Improve product pages, website navigation, trust elements, and overall user experience to increase Conversion Rate (CRO) and Average Order Value (AOV).
• Data & Analytics: Track key acquisition metrics (ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV) and provide clear data-driven recommendations and performance updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands.
• Experience working with Shopify stores and executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy independently.
• Self-directed mindset with the ability to take full ownership of e-commerce growth targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
