About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of an established online brand. You will manage daily e-commerce operations, drive sales growth, optimise the customer journey, and support digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is analytical, independent, commercially focused, and results-driven, with proven experience growing an online store.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday; Flexible hours, aligned with Australian Business Hours; 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the online store, including products, pricing, promotions, content, and website performance.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
- Manage and support digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, and email.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Use analytics to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage product content, website assets, landing pages, and brand presentation.
- Conduct competitor research, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Improve the overall customer journey and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and external partners as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce management or e-commerce marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing and growing an online store or e-commerce brand.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Shopify Analytics, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, promotions, and online sales.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make informed recommendations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, CRM, or customer retention platforms.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or consumer products.
- Product merchandising or catalogue management experience.
- Basic Canva or Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external partners.
