Job Description

You will take ownership of deploying and managing Huntress security solutions for a growing portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll work directly with security tools and backup systems, ensuring clients receive reliable ongoing maintenance and support. You'll join a team that's scaling fast, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact on client security postures while working with cutting-edge cybersecurity technology.

Schedule

•  40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 PM Australian Victorian time.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Huntress security solutions for new and existing clients
• Manage ongoing maintenance and monitoring of Huntress implementations
• Provide technical support for Datto backup systems
• Configure and maintain Checkpoint security infrastructure
• Work with Roboshadow platform for client environments
• Collaborate with the engineering team to scale deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve security and backup-related issues
• Document configurations and procedures for client environments

Must-Have Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Huntress
• Proficiency with Datto backup solutions
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity roles
• Working knowledge of Checkpoint security systems
• Experience with Roboshadow platform
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Bonus if you have experience in a managed service provider environment
• It helps if you have certifications in cybersecurity or network security
• Bonus if you've worked with scaling teams in high-growth environments
