We're looking for a technical team lead with a founder mentality to jump start a new AI device. A critical part of the work is to present the technical vision to investors and inspire confidence in the product and its leadership. The other half is doing ground level work in coding and designing the foundation of the tech stack.

It's an advantage if you have experience in the early startup process and moving a product rapidly from development through production and market launch. In this role, you will be part developer, part team lead, and part project manager—owning the end-to-end product delivery across software, AI, hardware integration, and operations while making critical full-stack technical decisions.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible schedule so long as there's an overlap to Bangkok's office hours.

Responsibilities

• Pitching and Presentation: Together with the founders, put together product presentations to potential investors.
• End-to-End Product Delivery: Own the product lifecycle from current development stage through production, launch, and early scaling while making critical technical decisions on architecture, builds, and integrations.
• Coordination Across Software, Hardware & Operations: Connect software development, hardware manufacturing, and operations teams; collaborate directly with the manufacturing base in India to ensure seamless integration between AI/software and physical hardware.
• Hands-On Development: Write and review code across the stack, stand up core digital infrastructure (including websites and sales channels), and leverage AI, software, and IoT expertise to build the product ecosystem.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage outside developers, manufacturers, and contractors; enforce scope, timelines, and quality while proactively identifying and escalating operational bottlenecks.
• Strategic Leadership: Contribute to product strategy, early revenue generation, growth planning, and technical roadmaps while building and leading the technical team as the business scales.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack software engineering background comfortable working across the entire stack, with relevance in AI, IoT, or hardware-software integration.
• Hands-on experience in early-stage startups, including standing up digital channels, early revenue generation, growth, and building products from scratch.
• Proven presentation and project management capabilities to run operations and pitch independently.
• Self-directed and decisive approach with a track record of executing independently in virtual environments.
• Ability to travel to the manufacturing base in India when required.
