Step to the financial helm of a thriving, tech-driven e-commerce fulfillment powerhouse as our next Senior Accountant. In this highly impactful role, you will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure strict compliance with Philippine standards, and provide the strategic insights needed to fuel our expansion plans and potential acquisitions.

Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM Central Standard Time (Includes 1hr unpaid break)

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily accounting operations, managing accounts payable and receivable with precision and efficiency
• Craft and analyze comprehensive financial statements and reports, providing crucial insights for business decision-making
• Ensure impeccable compliance with Philippine accounting standards and practices, staying ahead of regulatory changes
• Spearhead the payroll processing for a large workforce, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all team members
• Play a key role in budgeting and forecasting activities, helping to chart the company’s financial future
• Lead the development and implementation of robust accounting policies and procedures, optimizing financial operations
• Collaborate closely with the financial analyst to deliver comprehensive financial insights that drive business growth
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
• Contribute your expertise to managing the financial aspects of potential company acquisitions, supporting expansion strategies

Requirements

• CPA certification with a proven track record in accounting, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce sectors
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations, with a commitment to staying updated on changes
• Proficiency in advanced accounting software and expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in managing payroll for large workforces, particularly in warehouse or logistics settings
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proactive problem-solver with a passion for optimizing financial processes and driving business growth
• Familiarity with e-commerce and logistics industry financial trends is a significant plus
