Senior Social Media Content Creator

Job Description:

As a Senior Social Media & Content Creator, you will be the driving force behind our online engagement. You will blend creative production with strategic management, focusing heavily on short-form video content to capture our audience's attention.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who is comfortable both behind the editing software and managing the day-to-day operations of various social platforms. You will work closely with our leadership to ensure our brand voice is consistent and growing.

Schedule: Remote, Full Time | 40h per week- flexible within EST business hours

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality video and image content using editing tools
Manage the daily posting and engagement across all primary social media channels
Monitor and report on social media performance metrics and growth
Stay ahead of US-based social trends and viral content opportunities
Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity
Facilitate community engagement by responding to comments and messages

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in social media management or content creation
Expert-level proficiency in video editing platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful video-first social campaigns
Native-level written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to operate autonomously in an Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule
Bonus: if you have experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop
Nice to have: It helps if you have a track record of growing audiences on TikTok and Instagram
