Overview

Join a dedicated internal operations team as a Bookkeeper, focusing on precise financial record-keeping and data integrity. This role offers a scalable, part-time opportunity for QBO experts who thrive in a focused, asynchronous work environment without the need for client-facing calls.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible Flexible between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Lancaster, KY (EST)

Responsibilities

• Categorize transactions within QuickBooks Online bank feeds.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts twice per month.
• Communicate with clients via the Double/Keeper portal to identify transactions.
• Download statements from Dropbox and organize financial documentation.
• Export bank feed data to Excel for client review when necessary.
• Flag journal entries for owner approval before finalizing in the system.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in professional bookkeeping and data entry.
• High proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Ability to learn the Double (formerly Keeper) client portal platform.
• Experience using Dropbox for document management and file organization.
• Strong written English skills for professional asynchronous client messaging.
• Reliable attention to detail for accurate account reconciliations.
