Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Technical SEO Audit Specialist who will take full ownership of SEO performance for a unique wellness-focused platform, starting with a deep technical audit and moving through hands-on fixes, on-page optimisation, and strategic content production. You will work directly with the founder to resolve existing technical debt in the Bubble.io environment, establish clean indexing and crawlability, and build a roadmap for sustained organic growth — transitioning from triage mode into an ongoing maintenance and content role as the platform matures.
Client Overview
This is a growing digital platform operating in the alternative health and healing practitioner space, connecting practitioners and their communities through a purpose-built online environment. The business is founder-led, mission-driven, and built on a no-code Bubble.io platform designed to scale alongside a dedicated and engaged user base. With organic search as a core growth lever, the team is investing now in technical SEO foundations to accelerate long-term visibility and reach.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible during client business hours, Eastern Standard Time (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit of the platform to identify and prioritize technical issues affecting search visibility
- Optimize metadata, headers, schema markup, and image alt tags across all platform pages to improve indexing and ranking
- Monitor and resolve issues within Google Search Console to ensure proper site crawling and indexing
- Provide strategic recommendations on SEO improvements and implement fixes in order of impact
- Produce SEO-optimized blog and article content to support ongoing organic growth
- Maintain regular task reporting and progress updates to keep stakeholders informed
Requirements
- Proven experience with technical SEO auditing and on-page optimization
- Proficiency with Google Search Console and SEO diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with no-code platforms such as Bubble.io or similar front-end development environments
- Strong understanding of HTML fundamentals including meta tags, headers, and structured data
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong written communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Bonus if you have prior experience optimising SEO for no-code or Bubble.io-built platforms specifically
- It helps if you have a background or genuine interest in the wellness, health, or coaching space — giving your content writing authentic context
- Bonus if you have experience with platform integration tasks alongside core SEO work
Why Join This Team
- Fully remote engagement — work from anywhere
- Direct collaboration with the founder — your recommendations will be heard and acted on quickly
- Clear scope with real impact: fix what's broken first, then own ongoing SEO strategy for the long term
- Opportunity to grow the role beyond SEO into content and platform integration as the business scales
- Work on a meaningful platform in the alternative health and wellness space with a mission-driven team
Independent Contractor Perks
- Permanent work from home
- Immediate hiring
