  • Test, monitor and continuously improve agent performance through prompt engineering and user feedback.

Automation and integration

  • Build intelligent workflows that combine AI reasoning with business process automation.
  • Integrate AI solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Business Central, Freshdesk and TeamKids applications.
  • Develop APIs, connectors and services that allow agents to retrieve information and take action.
  • Identify and automate high-volume manual processes.

Governance and security

  • Implement appropriate controls, audit trails and human-approval steps.
  • Contribute to TeamKids' AI standards, policies and responsible AI framework.

Innovation

  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools.
  • Deliver proofs-of-concept and help convert successful ideas into production solutions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the client's AI capability.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in software development, AI engineering, automation or systems integration.
  • Hands-on experience building chatbot, conversational AI, virtual assistant, agentic AI or automation solutions.

  • Experience designing and orchestrating AI agents, including prompt engineering.
  • Experience building RAG architectures, using vector databases and semantic search.
  • Experience with Power Platform (including Power Automate and Power BI) and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft business applications.
  • Strong API and integration skills, including REST APIs.
