Overview
Our client is looking for a skilled Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to own end-to-end billing operations and accounts receivable tasks across multiple healthcare accounts. In this dynamic, fully remote role, you will adapt to shifting client priorities daily while maintaining accuracy, processing insurance claims, and driving revenue cycle operations. Working directly with management, you will bring strong expertise in billing procedures and system platforms to ensure high-quality service for US-based healthcare providers.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) with consistent availability

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end medical billing processes for assigned healthcare clients
• Handle accounts receivable tasks including payment posting, claim follow-up, and collections
• Work across multiple client accounts with changing daily priorities and assignments
• Log into various client billing systems and maintain accurate documentation
• Process insurance claims and resolve billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with the management team on task delegation and priority setting
• Meet quality standards and productivity expectations tracked by the leadership team
• Adapt quickly to new accounts, workflows, and client-specific requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in revenue cycle management and medical billing industry
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end billing processes and accounts receivable management
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with consistent availability
• Experience working remotely with offshore or distributed teams
• Comfortable logging into multiple systems and learning new client platforms
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work across different accounts daily
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Nice-to-Have: Bonus if you have experience with US-based medical billing companies
