Are you an experienced cold caller with a proven track record of qualifying leads and setting high-value residential appointments?

As a Residential Cold Caller, you will make outbound calls to homeowners using proven scripts and auto dialer technology—enhanced by property satellite imaging—to book qualified in-person appointments for HVAC, roofing, and solar services. We are looking for result-driven professionals, ideally with a background in Florida home services sales, auto dialer platforms, or property qualification. In this role, you will work independently while enjoying direct training from business owners and ongoing support from a results-oriented team. 

Client Overview:

Our client is a growing US-based home services company operating in the HVAC, roofing, and solar industries. They currently manage a 60-agent call center and are expanding their appointment-setting team to support dedicated sales representatives. They operate in a competitive Florida market with proven scripts and systems already in place.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using company-provided data and scripts
• Qualify leads by asking specific questions about their property and needs
• Set qualified in-person appointments for HVAC, roofing, and solar consultations
• Use the auto dialer system to view satellite imagery and assess property eligibility
• Complete appointment-setting calls in approximately 10 minutes per prospect
• Participate in regular training sessions with company leadership to improve industry knowledge
• Meet or exceed appointment-setting benchmarks and performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in the system

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an appointment setter or cold caller
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation
• Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with an hour unpaid break
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Experience in the HVAC, roofing, or solar industries is a plus
• Familiarity with the Florida market or homeowner sales is preferred
• Previous experience with auto dialer systems is a plus
• Experience qualifying leads based on property characteristics is preferred
