Our client is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Discord Community Manager & Events Coordinator to help bring an anime-inspired fashion community to life. If you love anime, gaming, and spending time on Discord, imagine getting paid to help build a community around the things you enjoy! Responsibilities
Keep Our Discord Community Awesome

• Help manage and organize Discord channels, roles, and server features.
• Set up and maintain bots, automations, and interactive features.
• Keep the community friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
• Answer community questions and help members feel connected.

Bring Fun Ideas to Life

• Organize giveaways, anime-themed contests, polls, games, and creative challenges.
• Plan activities around exciting new clothing releases.
• Come up with fresh ideas to keep community members engaged.
• Encourage fans to share their creativity, artwork, and interests.

Help Our Community Grow

• Create engaging announcements and updates.
• Build relationships with community members.
• Suggest improvements to make the server more interactive and user-friendly.
• Help manage our client's Reddit community as part of your weekly activities.
• Collaborate with the brand team to bring new ideas to life.

Requirements

• Experience managing or moderating Discord servers.
• Good knowledge of Discord bots, roles, permissions, embeds, and server settings.
• Excellent written English and communication skills; must be willing to take an English communication assessment.
• Someone who enjoys anime, gaming, fashion, or online fandom communities.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable coming up with ideas independently.
• Able to troubleshoot common Discord issues and manage server features.
• Friendly, reliable, and comfortable engaging with people online.
• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys making communities better.

Qualifications

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience managing Discord communities for anime, gaming, or fashion brands.
• Familiarity with Carl-bot, Dyno, webhooks, or Discord automations.
• Basic coding or scripting knowledge.
• Experience organizing online events or giveaways.
• Experience managing Reddit communities.
• Canva or basic graphic design skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok integrations.
