Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Short-Term Rental Operations Coordinator to join a growing short-term rental operations team. You'll work alongside current coordinators to keep guests happy and properties running smoothly. This role is for someone who can think through problems and own them through to resolution, not just work through a task list.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Handle guest communication and property issues during your scheduled Central Time shift
• Acknowledge urgent issues within three minutes and follow escalated guest and property issues through to resolution
• Manage maintenance tickets from start to finish, including vendor follow-up and confirming completion
• Coordinate cleaners, maintenance providers, and other vendors
• Run hands-on guest experience projects such as guest surveys, touch base calls, and gift baskets
• Review and document damage claims
• Keep accurate records in OwnerRez, Breezeway, and Notion

Requirements

• Experience in short-term rentals, property management, hospitality, or guest support
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong judgment, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to respond quickly and stay calm under pressure
• Reliable availability during U.S. Central Time hours
• Experience with OwnerRez, Breezeway, Airbnb, Vrbo, or Notion is a plus
